Point to point protocol over Ethernet
Account set up (for window XP /W 2000) this procedure may
differ from one computer to another depending on the make
and operating system, for inquires call 100.
1.1 Start your computer.

How to
access TTCLBROADBAND to the network
On your desktop double click
on My Network Places icon;
Click on View Network
Connection link;
Click on Create
New Network Connection link;
On the New connection
wizard;
Click Next;
Select Connect to
the internet;
Click Next;
Select Set up my
connection manually;
Click Next;
Choose connect using
a broadband connection that requires username
and password
Click Next;
Type ISP name TTCLBROADBAND
Click Next
Click Next
Username number@ttclbb.home,
number@ttclbb.buzcorp, number@ttclbb.buzcafe,
number@ttclbb.hotspot depending
on your product
Note: Number includes the area
code (022 for DSM, 027 for Arusha, Kilimanjaro
and Tanga; 028 for Mwanza, Mara, Kagera, Shinyanga
and Kigoma; 026 for Dodoma, Iringa, Tabora and
Singida; 025 for Mbeya, Songea and Rukwa; 023
Morogoro, Pwani, Lindi and Mtwara; 024 for Zanzibar
and Pemba)
Password (Last six

Confirm password (

Click Next
Choose (add shortcut
to this connection to my desktop )
Finish
Click connect
to establish a connection
How to access web portal
After connection
has been established
Go to the Desktop icon and
click your web browser
In the address bar type
http://www.ttclbroadband.co.tz
Username number@ttclbb.home
(Number includes area code)
Password (Last six
digit)
Confirm password (
Last six digit)
Click connect
How
to change password
(Please change your default password before
anything for security reasons)
On the portal menu choose
change password
Type your default password
in the text box provided
Type your new password in
the text box provided
Re-type your new password
to confirm in the text box provided
Click ok to complete password
change
Click log out
On your desktop menu, click
TTCLBROADBAND shortcut icon
Type your new password on the password
text box provided
Click connect
How to top-up your account
Purchase your TTCL broadband
top-up card (any amount)
Scratch lightly the card
number field and the password field
Open your TTCL broadband
web-portal
On the portal menu click
recharge Account
Enter card number
on the card number text box
Enter card password
on the password text box
Click Ok
You can start to enjoy your
broadband browsing
How to
top-up your account if you have no balance
Please notice that if your account has no
balance completely, you cannot access broadband web-portal
using your normal username and password. You have
to login as follows below;
Click TTCL broadband short
cut to establish connection
In the username text box
type recharge@ttcl instead of your normal
username
In the password field type
1234
Click connect to login
Click your web browser
On the address bar type
www.ttclbroadband.co.tz
to open your web-portal login interface
On the web-interface’s
username text box type username@ttclbb.yourproduct
(e.g. 0222128380@ttclbb.home)
On the password text box
type your password (e.g. X23avgRB)
Use the web-portal menu
to recharge in a normal way
After recharge successful
is displayed top-up has been successful
Click your TTCLBROADBAND
shortcut and click disconnect
Re-connect again using your
normal username and password
You can also access your usage records by selecting
service detail record or service summary records
from the web portal menu
