TTCL Prepaid is one of the telephone services where a telephone line is attached to a
Prepaid Account and all telephone services accessed from this account are paid for in advance.
A user of TTCL Prepaid Account line needs to:
Own telephone line
Use access code 109 when initiating a call or other call-related services
Have option of using Personal Identification Number (PIN) for security
Use voice prompts
Own compatible tone-phone set
Have credit in to be able to initiate a call
Use TTCL recharge cards to top-up account
