SERVICE DESCRIPTION
RAFIKI payphone is a public phones service available in some public locations throughout the country.The service is accessed on the payphone booths by using special prepaid RAFIKI calling cards that are sold in all TTCL offices.

To recharge your Calling Card
Dial access number 800400
At voice prompt, enter
eight digits card number from your RAFIKI calling
card and press #
At voice prompt, enter four
digits PIN from your RAFIKI calling card and press
#
Listen to voice announcements
to select your preferred language
At voice prompt, dial 00#
and follow announced instructions to recharge
your RAFIKI calling card
After recharging dial destination
