SERVICE DESCRIPTION
RAFIKI payphone is a public phones service provided by TTCL in partnership with Ocean
Union Ltd (OUL) available in public locations throughout the country either on attended fixed
or mobile booths using both coin and RAFIKI calling cards.

Visit any nearest TTCL Customer Service Centre office to seek for operator benefits and application.
To recharge your Calling Card
Dial access number 800400
At voice prompt, enter
eight digits card number from your RAFIKI calling
card and press #
At voice prompt, enter four
digits PIN from your RAFIKI calling card and press
#
Listen to voice announcements
to select your preferred language
At voice prompt, dial 00#
and follow announced instructions to recharge
your RAFIKI calling card
After recharging dial destination
