To get the service you need to have a data capable 3G CDMA mobile device (FWT, Mobile handsets, data cards). You get activated for data service by simply calling number 100.
TTCL mobile internet tariffs
You get charged based on data consumption (uploads and downloads). One Megabyte is used as unit although charging is actually done in Kilobytes (smaller unit).
 Charging is by Flow (MB) and the Price is Tshs 160.00 per MB for both basic mobile data and mobile Broadband.
NOTE:
One megabyte can surf up to 20 web-pages; send/receive up to one hundred e-mails; Up to one hour of web-chatting.
